Vulcan VCW26 DescriptionThe Vulcan VCW26 chip warmer has a top load design, creating a first in, first out system to help keep chips fresh. Loading the unit is simple since the doors at the top have a wide opening. When opened, the bottom door creates a shelf to make it easy to scoop chips out. The thermostat is adjustable from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and is located on the rear of the warmer. The fan circulates air for quick and even heating, while high-density insulation retains the heat. Chip breakage is reduced with an interior baffle.
